Please find the full agenda for the JULES Annual Science Meeting 2026 [link above or here], along with some important logistical details below, ahead of the meeting.
GETTING TO THE UNIVERSITY:
The meeting will be held on the Whiteknights campus (building 58, Brian Hoskins Building, on the attached campus map [link above]).
By bus: Best option is to take bus number 17 from town centre to Three Tuns and use Earley Gate entrance to get to the venue in building 58. Full details, including live times and alternative routes, are on the University's "How to find us by bus" page: https://www.reading.ac.uk/about/visit-us
By car: If you're driving, Car Parks 1 and 1a (pay & display) are available on campus, close to the Shinfield Road entrance. Please see the attached campus map for their location and for building 58.
CONFERENCE DINNER – TUESDAY 8 SEPTEMBER:
For those who opted in to the conference dinner: please note this is now taking place on Tuesday 8th September at 19:00 (moved from Wednesday), at COTE Brasserie, Reading.
The restaurant offers a fixed menu, either 2-course (£19.95) or 3-course (£23.95). Please confirm your attendance via filling the excel sheet, providing your name, and your selections for starter, main, and (if 3-course) dessert: PRE ORDER FORM_COTE_8thSept_7PM.XLSX

CATERING:
Coffee/tea and snacks will be provided on both days. Lunch will be provided on Wednesday 9th September only. There are several food outlets on campus if you'd like to buy lunch before the meeting starts on Tuesday.
